Art Contraption
The length of Brook Street, just off Victory Boulevard, is only three blocks long. We found this local art installation on the corner of Fremont Street and Brook.
It’s not really art as art goes. This was a project left unfinish by the DOT (Department of Transportation). They are the very same department that runs and cares for our beloved Staten Island Ferry.
