We hope you can be a part of our growing community and that we can add more depth to your business.

What is it that you do?

I wear many hats. I am the event coordinator for my own business called Created for You Artists Market. I have also been a photographer for 14 years. And finally, I’m a podcaster with my own show called LET YOUR VOICES BE HEARD PODCAST SHOW.

In the subsequent years, while using the corporate skill and experience from my past work, after Disney/ABC, I developed new business opportunities in Staten Island and for small/local businesses.

My first love and passion is photography. I graduated from a midtown Manhattan school called PhotoManhattan. I then started to develop a business skill set by taking on new private clients, before moving on to other newer and other endeavors.

Most recently, I’ve developed a business to help support and focus on small businesses and the art of entrepreneurship. I do this by creating events (@ Empire Outlets) and use Social Media platforms to promote these small businesses and entrepreneurs and both their services and products to the public who attend.

Creating these events and markets have shown me how much people need and want support but, most importantly, recognition for their businesses and their personal efforts. We help them through developing education and learning experiences to improve on how to grow their business, introducing their services and products to buyers.

We create not only events, but we also conduct workshops and various networking opportunities with other founders and owners. Plus we like to make it fun.

Who are your PEOPLE?

The people featured at the Artists Market come from a variety of cultures and communities. I like to focus mostly on women that are Latin-based small business owners. But I come across so many amazing people from so many various backgrounds so I do make exceptions.

Why should people really care?

People who care and listen from the heart are exceptional. Their goals go on to help their extended community which focuses on overall success. This extended mindset additionally makes way for greater success so that success becomes inevitable.

Tell us a little backstory :

I’ve been retired for the past 14 years from corporate America. For 25 years I worked for Disney/ABC in their corporations, at their corporate offices in corporate America. In those years, my skill set consisted of organizing travel plans for Presidents, CEOs and C-Suite officer’s to include concierge services / policies / contracts / Visas and passports / hotel stays / approvals / the booking of flights thru various airlines and their systems / and creating their itineraries.

You get the idea.

The final hat that I wear is as a PODCASTER.

This came in a time where COVID-19 had taken over and these businesses and entrepreneurs had little to no chance of being exposed to the general public. We produce shows that go on the air and create a number of other platforms to help introduce and promote those businesses that were failing and suffering throughout the pandemic.

We’ve had plenty of wonderful guests and topics to talk about. It has been an experience for sure and very encouraging to continue to be a spokesperson and champion this work. I look for people to interview so we can all listen to their stories.

My show is called LET YOUR VOICES BE HEARD PODCAST SHOW. We have a YouTube channel we’re on Facebook as well.

As a business owner, I’ve learned a lot of new things and met so many wonderful people along the way. I wouldn’t trade this experience and listening to their stories  for anything. I pray that I continue to move forward with them in a new light, in this new era and with many newly formed friendships.

Well, I hope this gives you some good insight as to what I do, why I do it and hopefully this inspires and encourages anyone that reads this article. I believe that you can do it too.

Life is full of lessons, but it’s up to you and me to learn the lessons.
