Inside, the room feels like the kind of place

paramour can quietly share any number
of verbal indiscretions.

Opened in October 17th 2017, we proposed Staten Island that we would give them a world class cocktail experience. We are the first and only true cocktail bar. With a full ice program, a world class spirits selection, fresh fruit juice, truly the best ingredients and techniques.

We promised Staten Island we would be open every night until 4AM, no matter what. The last storm was or 3043rd night, consecutively, candles lit.

Our food program is some of the best cheeses in the world, perfect hot sandwiches, in-house made hummus and a few other delectable bites.”

The cocktails? Sharp. Balanced. A little dangerous in the best possible way. This is not a place for syrupy nonsense or drinks that taste like melted popsicles. The bartenders understand proportion, restraint, and the small miracle that happens when good spirits meet someone who actually knows what they’re mixing.

And then there’s the crowd—equal parts neighborhood insiders, downtown escape artists, wanderers from the ferry and the occasional couple who clearly just discovered the place and are already plotting how to pretend they knew about it all along.

We are the safest, most consistent bar on Staten Island. Never a single fight or anything stolen in 8+ years. The bar itself won multiple awards including NY Magazine best bar in Staten Island and best of Fun and Nightlife in NY. Official Staten NYC Local Legends and many of our bartenders have won awards and competitions for their cocktails.

We also do not take ourselves too seriously.

Coupe is rich in a low ambient light, polished wood, the clink of proper glassware and spoon. It’s less of the “bar scene” and more of a “scene you wish you were always in.”
